BrightAIQ — How to Use Your Assets

A clear, step‑by‑step guide to get value from your Prompt Packs and Flow Packs in minutes. This page also includes a copy‑paste web page you can publish as your public "How‑To" page.

Quick Start (5 minutes)

  1. Download your files from the store.
  2. Open the PDFs → skim the Quick Start page in each pack
  3. Open your AI tool (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) → paste one prompt, add your context (product, audience, goal), and run.
  4. Save your favorite prompts to Shortcuts / Pinned / Custom GPTs.
Tip: For best results, always add a few lines of context (who you are, what you sell, audience, constraints like tone/length) before running a prompt.

1) Use Prompt Packs in Your AI Tool

The prompts are tested in leading assistants. The workflow is the same everywhere: Open → Paste → Add context → Run → Refine → Save.

ChatGPT (Web/Desktop)

  1. Open a new chat at chat.openai.com.
  2. Paste a prompt from your PDF.
  3. Add your context (company, product, audience, tone, constraints).
  4. Run and refine → use Regenerate or Continue until satisfied.
  5. Save/export → Pin the message, or add the prompt into a Custom GPT for reuse.

Microsoft Copilot

  1. Open Copilot (web or inside Word, Excel, Outlook, or Teams).
  2. Paste a prompt from your PDF.
  3. Add your context (what you want done, app-specific goals).
  4. Run and refine → request edits or alternate drafts.
  5. Save/export → Output directly into Word, Excel, or export to formats like .csv or .docx.

Claude (Anthropic)

  1. Open a new chat at claude.ai.
  2. Paste a prompt from your PDF.
  3. Add your context (industry, product, audience, tone).
  4. Run and refine → ask Claude to shorten, expand, rewrite, or change tone.
  5. Save/export → Copy outputs to your docs, or upload/download .txt and .csv directly in Claude.

Google Gemini

  1. Open Gemini at gemini.google.com or in the app.
  2. Paste a prompt from your PDF.
  3. Add your context (links, examples, product details).
  4. Run and refine → ask Gemini to reformat (bullets, slides, tables).
  5. Save/export → Copy results into Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides for collaboration.

Refine

Refinement Examples:
  • “Shorten to 120 words.”
  • “Make it punchier but keep the same structure.”
  • “Turn this into a checklist/slide outline/email draft.”

3) Use Flow Packs (Decision & Execution Flows)

Flow Packs give you decision trees and execution steps to get consistent output.

A. Run a Flow Inside Your AI

  1. Paste the Flow Intro prompt.
  2. Answer the quick setup questions (industry, goal, audience, assets).
  3. Paste the Step 1 prompt block → run → follow the output instructions.
  4. Continue with Step 2, 3, … until the flow is complete.

B. Use the Notion Flowboard (optional)

  1. Open download folder and import the Flowboard.md (see Notion import below).
  2. Each flow step is a toggle/checklist → work top‑to‑bottom.
  3. Paste outputs back into Notion so your team can review.

C. Export Deliverables

  • Ask your AI to export final results to: bullets, tables, CSV, or slide outline.
  • Save re‑usable answers to a Prompt Library page in Notion.
